In-stock items ship within 48 to 72 hrs; items that have to be fumigated will dispatch within 5 days. In the event that the item is out of stock, S.M.A Art & Craft will be in touch via email. The lead time for dispatch will depend on the courier.

We ship all our products from Cape Town, South Africa. You will receive your tracking number via email immediately upon shipment. Local orders are dispatched with local couriers.

International orders are dispatched with POSTNET courier, DHL courier or registered international airmail.  The choice of shipper depends on  product(s) ordered. The shipping times can vary and approximate. However, there may be delays at customs in the destination country, over which we have no control.

Please note: Shipping prices vary depending on the delivery address of orders and the 'bulk' of each item, and as such shipping / freight is calculated at the checkout due to your delivery address, and the unique size, weight and fragility of each item.
